Delivery Addresses Your order can be delivered to any UK address. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or overseas addresses, including the Republic of Ireland.
Delivery Charges Delivery will be charged at £2.95 per order. All orders must be delivered to the same UK address.
Delivery Times All orders will normally be delivered within 3-5 working days. However, please allow up to 10 working days before reporting an item missing
Out of Stock Items If an item that you have ordered is out of stock, you will be normally be notified within 1 working day. In most cases, out-of-stock (back-order) items are on order from the manufacturers. When we receive the product, we will ship it to you promptly. Back-order items usually come into stock within 10 days but can occasionally take longer. If your order is not ready to ship within 10 days, we will send you an update via email. If for any reason we determine that a back-ordered item will no longer be available at all, we will notify you immediately by email, cancel the item from your order and delete the item from our catalogue. We will refund your payment for this item.
Returns Policy Before returning any goods you must first notify us by e-mail. customer service representative will evaluate your return request and provide you with instructions.
Due to the nature of the items we can only accept returns for the following reasons:
Items damaged or faulty prior to delivery
Items supplied incorrectly
Items that vary from their description on the website
Please Note:
All returns must be recieved within 10 days of receipt by yourself
Goods that are returned must be complete with original tags and must be unworn
Goods are to be returned to us at your expense
Damaged or Defective Items In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we will exchange or refund the product price via the original method of payment only. If you request a replacement, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return.
